RN -Nurse Residency Prof Dev & Retention Specialist. FT Days

The specialist develops and implements programs to support nurses and patient care, evaluates strategies to meet goals, and collects data for residency projects while maintaining necessary records. This role involves acting as a resource and role model for new graduate nurses, bridging system and facility educational efforts, and promoting evidence-Based practice.

Candidates must possess a minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience along with proven coordination/Facilitation skills for varied activities. Required qualifications include a bachelor of science in nursing, current rn licensure, and basic life support certification, alongside strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
