Lead Pre-K Teacher

The lead pre-K teacher is responsible for developing and implementing creative, developmentally appropriate lesson plans to foster learning and curiosity in preschool children. This role also involves creating a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere and mentoring classroom aides in their professional growth.

Candidates must meet all lead teacher requirements approved by msde's office of child care and possess comprehensive knowledge of child behavioral and developmental stages, along with childcare licensing requirements. A bachelor's degree is required, and the role demands strong organizational, communication, problem-Solving skills, patience, and flexibility.
