Behavior Interventionist

As a behavior interventionist, you will work directly with children and teens with developmental disabilities, implementing individualized aba treatment plans under bcba supervision to teach skills and reduce challenging behaviors. Key duties include providing consistent 1:1 therapy, tracking progress through data collection, and collaborating with supervisors and families to achieve optimal outcomes.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and have reliable transportation to fulfill the role's requirements. A genuine passion for helping children and teens grow is essential for success in this position.
