Montessori Assistant Teacher: Louisville, KY

The assistant teacher will support lead teachers in developing and implementing a montessori program that fosters the cognitive, language, emotional, social, and physical growth of each child. Responsibilities include instructional support, observing children, maintaining the classroom environment, and assisting with student support and daily operational tasks.

Minimum qualifications require either four years of experience as an aide/Assistant/Lead teacher or two years of experience plus an associate's degree in a relevant field, or a bachelor's degree. A primary montessori teaching credential from a macte-Accredited institution is required, or the candidate must be on track to obtain one within two years of hire.
