Lead Teacher Pre K

The lead teacher is responsible for implementing age-Appropriate lesson plans using the proprietary wonder of learning® curriculum, while also creating and maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Key duties include maintaining positive communication with families, supervising children's health and safety, and actively participating in professional development.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education and a child development associate (Cda) credential being preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience working with young children in a licensed setting is preferred, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
