Youth Sports Coach

Coaches are responsible for arriving on time, providing individual attention to ensure every child succeeds, and maintaining a fun, stress-Free environment using a non-Competitive approach. They must utilize positive reinforcement to encourage children and be open to continuous improvement through training and adherence to the coaching manual.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and have reliable personal transportation to travel to various locations across long island. A passion for sports and working with young children (Ages 1-5) is essential, with background experience in fitness or childcare being a plus.
