Core responsibilities
The specialist will work with high school students and adults (14+) using a work-Based training curriculum, facilitating assessments, classroom instruction, and developing employment plans. Responsibilities also include developing employer relationships, coordinating internships, job development, placement, and providing on-Site/Remote training and support.
Requirements summary
A preferred qualification is an associate's degree in a human service related field, otherwise, a high school diploma with two years of direct education or employment services experience for students with disabilities is required. Candidates must be technology-Savvy, proficient with computers, possess a valid driver's license, have access to a reliable vehicle, and be willing to travel regionally.
