ABA Behavior Technician

The primary responsibility involves implementing treatment plans using applied behavior analysis (Aba) techniques for individuals on the autism spectrum on a one-On-One basis, utilizing positive reinforcement to modify behavior. Employees must also diligently collect patient progress behavior data and foster professional relationships with all stakeholders.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma, flexible availability between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm monday through friday with one required saturday per month, and willingness to conduct in-Home sessions. Candidates must also pass background checks, a tb test, and be able to physically lift up to 50 lbs.
