Physical Therapist II, Rehabilitation, Per Diem

The physical therapist ii is independently responsible for assessing, planning, organizing, and participating in rehabilitative programs designed to enhance patient mobility, alleviate pain, and correct disabling conditions resulting from injury or disease. This role also involves providing clinical supervision to assistants and aides, and serving as a clinical instructor for assigned students.

Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and possess a valid pt license, or be an approved license applicant/Resident training program employee, along with basic life support certification. A typical requirement includes two years of recent relevant experience, and home health roles require a valid class c driver's license and automobile insurance.
