The substitute teacher will step into elementary classrooms to fulfill immediate needs, creating powerful moments that positively shift students’ perception of what is possible and sparking a love for learning. Responsibilities include acting as a classroom role model who empowers students while maintaining classroom autonomy and adhering to typical school hours.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and have a minimum of six months of work or volunteer experience interacting with students. Applicants also need the confidence to manage a classroom and must successfully pass state and federal background checks.
