Requirements summary

A high school diploma or ged is required, though a bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates must have 5 or more years of experience in primary care medical practices and 3 or more years as a medical assistant, referral coordinator, and/Or care manager, along with previous experience in training design and facilitation.
