Summer Assistant Teachers (Part and Full Time) - Flexible Schedule

Assistant teachers are responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe, healthy, and nurturing learning environment while engaging with children in meaningful play and activities. They must also support each child’s social and emotional development and work in conjunction with the lead teacher and entire faculty.

Candidates must meet illinois qualifications and possess the ability to support the 'learning through play' philosophy, interact closely with children, and communicate professionally with staff, children, and parents. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, including lifting infants in and out of cribs for infant and young toddler teachers.
