Juvenile Justice Therapist

The therapist will provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth involved in the juvenile justice system, focusing on building social skills and addressing trauma or offending behaviors. Duties also include participating in ongoing training, submitting timely documentation, meeting productivity expectations, and attending required supervision and meetings.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in counseling, psychology, or social work and be licensed in ohio by the relevant board (Counselor, social worker, marriage and family therapist board, or board of psychology). Experience or willingness to gain skills working with juvenile justice populations, trauma intervention knowledge, and excellent communication skills are essential.
