Lead and Assistant Teachers

Responsibilities include supporting the lead teacher, collaborating with staff to design and execute daily activities, and ensuring a safe and healthy learning environment by adhering to all licensing standards. Teachers must also assist in planning educational activities and maintain cleanliness of play and changing areas.

A minimum of a high school diploma/Ged is required, with a cda, associate's, or higher degree in early childhood education preferred for assistant teachers and required for lead teachers. Candidates must have at least one year of licensed child care experience, pass background checks, and meet physical demands including lifting up to 50lbs.
