Viewing & Corrections Operations Trainer (6:00AM - 2:30PM CT)

The operations trainer will maintain a high level of contribution in front-Line, day-To-Day work while also providing training on department tasks to new hires and existing team members. This role involves supporting continuous improvement projects, including developing training guides and sops, and assisting leadership in diagnosing team performance.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma/Ged and be a trainee, registered, or certified technician with their site’s state board of pharmacy. Desired qualifications include proven experience in departmental workflows and processes, preferably with prior exactcare operational experience.
