Core responsibilities
Behavior technicians will work one-On-One with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a board certified behavior analyst (Bcba). Responsibilities include using evidence-Based techniques to teach essential skills and reduce interfering behaviors.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism, patient, compassionate, and capable of teamwork, and must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or ged. Physical requirements include the ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds, and candidates must obtain registered behavior technician certification after onboarding.
