Respiratory Care Intern

The intern supports the respiratory care department through a structured experience involving limited supervised hands-On activities, observational learning, and professional development. Responsibilities include participating in observational and limited hands-On learning under direct supervision, assisting with non-Invasive activities, and engaging in learning opportunities with the healthcare team.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited respiratory care program and have completed at least one clinical practicum, holding a ged or hiset and current basic life support certification. The role requires travel between various baystate health facilities to gain exposure to diverse respiratory care settings.
