Respiratory Care Intern

The respiratory care intern supports the department through a structured internship involving limited supervised hands-On activities, observational learning, and career readiness development. Activities are performed under the direct supervision of a licensed respiratory therapist, reinforcing academic learning across diverse inpatient and outpatient settings.

Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited respiratory care program and have completed at least one clinical practicum, along with holding a current basic life support certification from the american heart association. The role requires adherence to professionalism, reliability, and the ability to travel between specified baystate health facilities.
