Paraprofessional

This role involves assisting certificated staff with the instructional and behavioral management of youth within a school setting, including implementing the boys town education model. Responsibilities also include supervising students during non-Instructional times and fostering their academic and social growth while ensuring their well-Being.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with previous experience, preferably in a school or youth care environment. A requirement for day school positions is obtaining a nationally recognized personal restraint model during pre-Service training.
