Core responsibilities
The assistant swim team coach will assist the head swim team coach in writing and leading group workouts for swim team members to improve their swimming technique. Responsibilities also include registering new participants and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the aquatics facilities.
Requirements summary
A high school diploma or ged is required, along with at least one year of swim coaching experience and current membership in asca and usa swimming. Required certifications include cpr/Aed, with lifeguard certification needed within 60 days of hire.
