Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be comprehensively certified in pilates, including training in reformer, mat, tower/Cadillac, chair, and barrels, with certification in beginner to intermediate repertoire. A minimum of 1 year of pilates training experience is required, along with cpr and aed certification.
