Before and Aftercare Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher is responsible for implementing a quality daily program through teacher and child-Initiated activities, managing supplies, and ensuring timely transitions for children. This role also involves documenting attendance and maintaining professional conduct while collaborating with staff and involving parents in the program.

Candidates must possess a valid high school diploma or ged, be a minimum of 19 years old, and have at least one year of experience working with children aged three to five. Required training includes 45 hours in child growth & development, 45 hours in preschool curriculum & activities, 9 hours in communication skills, and basic health and safety training.
