MEOC Advisor - Aroostook County

The meoc advisor will conduct extensive recruitment activities in aroostook county to ensure full enrollment of the grant's proportional share of participants, currently set at 2,269. This role involves providing academic, career, and educational advising, along with support through high school graduation, postsecondary enrollment, and financial aid/Scholarship applications, delivered both in-Person and virtually.

A bachelor's degree in counseling, education, social work, or a related field is required, along with two years of experience working with disadvantaged youth or adults, schools, or community agencies. Candidates must possess strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and travel extensively within the service area.
