Description St. John the Baptist Catholic School is seeking a dedicated, mission-driven Full-Time Elementary Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. The teacher is responsible for delivering high-quality, standards-aligned instruction while fostering the spiritual, academic, and personal growth of each student.

Compensation Compensation is based on the Archdiocese of Denver Teacher Salary Scale and is determined by verified years of teaching experience and educational attainment (Bachelor’s degree, advanced coursework, or Master’s degree). This is a full-time (1.0 FTE) position.
$42,000 – $64,000 annually, depending on placement on the Archdiocesan salary schedule. This position does not include commissions or performance bonuses. Additional stipends may be available for approved extracurricular responsibilities, leadership roles, or school programs.
