National Nurse Residency Program

The nurse resident will provide holistic, evidence-Based patient care while collaborating with an interprofessional team to ensure optimal outcomes. They are responsible for developing foundational nursing skills, maintaining professional accountability, and contributing to a positive, team-Oriented clinical environment.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing with at least an associate’s degree and hold an active registered nurse license. Applicants must also possess bls certification and be prepared to commit to a full-Time, year-Long residency program involving both day and night shifts.
