Child Behavior Therapist (RBT)

The registered behavior technician (Rbt) will work one-On-One with children aged 18 months to school age, providing center-Based applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy based on custom plans. Responsibilities include collaborating with clinicians, using play-Based therapy, tracking progress, and preparing children for transition to traditional school settings.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, though a college degree is preferred; experience working with children is preferred but not required. Candidates must be passionate about working with children with autism and meet physical requirements including lifting over 50 lbs and sustaining impact.
