Admissions and Outreach Representative

The specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, and enrolling prospective participants into workforce training programs by building community relationships and conducting proactive recruitment at various events and partner locations. Key duties include serving as a primary contact, providing program information, screening for eligibility in grant-Funded programs, and maintaining accurate recruitment records.

Candidates must possess high energy, strong drive, and enthusiasm for community-Focused work, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in outreach, recruitment, or social services, specifically including work with grant-Funded programs and underserved populations. A high school diploma is required, with an associate's degree preferred, along with proficiency in microsoft office and reliable transportation.
