Part-Time Infant Assistant Teacher- at White Bear Lake Discovery Center

This position involves supporting the lead teacher in an infant classroom by assisting with daily activities and direct infant care for children aged 6 weeks to 15 months old. The assistant will help create a positive, nurturing learning environment while maintaining classroom organization and adhering to state licensing guidelines.

Candidates should preferably have experience working with young children in childcare or early education settings, and coursework or training in early childhood education is considered helpful. Essential requirements include the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and families, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.
