Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians will work directly with clients, delivering intensive, high-Quality aba interventions under the supervision of a behavior analyst who develops the treatment plan. Responsibilities include implementing treatment, supporting caregiver training, and collecting data to monitor client progress.

Candidates should ideally have 1-2 years of experience working with children and preferably be pursuing or have obtained a bachelor's degree in a related field. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory requirements.
