Salary
$35 - $45/hr
Instructors are responsible for leading safe, effective, and engaging InfraRED classes in a premium boutique environment, focusing on intentional movement, clear coaching, and alignment for all levels. They must also act as brand ambassadors by promoting classes and engaging the community both in person and via social media.
Candidates must be seasoned or experienced instructors in Yoga, Pilates, and/or Barre, comfortable leading in a heated environment, and skilled in cueing, sequencing, and offering modifications. Required qualifications include prior teaching experience, strong understanding of alignment, and excellent communication skills, with Yoga Alliance certification preferred.
Competitive per-class pay: $35–$45 per class
