ABA Practicum Student

Key responsibilities include supporting the onboarding and training of new registered behavior technicians (Rbts) through in-The-Moment coaching and modeling in home settings. The role also involves assisting with data collection, maintaining treatment integrity, and providing direct care coverage when necessary.

Candidates must be enrolled in or recently graduated from an aba master’s program and have completed a minimum of 600 practicum hours. Applicants must possess rbt and safetycare certifications or be willing to obtain them within 30 days of hire, alongside strong coaching and communication skills.
