The cheer coach is responsible for developing, initiating, and administering the cheer program for 5th - 12th grade students, focusing on cheer skills, school spirit, and catholic leadership development. Essential duties include conducting practices and games according to policy, monitoring student safety and eligibility, and coordinating all cheer-Related activities including fundraising and uniform management.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess knowledge of basic catholic church teachings and expertise in the fundamentals of cheerleading, including stunting and safety. Minimum qualifications require a high school education or equivalent, previous coaching/Cheer experience, and current cpr/First aid certifications, along with mandatory eim compliance.
