We're looking for 1–2 people at Workout Anytime Aberdeen who are into fitness and good with people. You'll learn our RAMP coaching system — a structured, science-based program that gives members personalized workout plans — and get paid to do it. This is a real career path, not a side gig.
Base rate: $10/hr for all floor time
Paid training sessions: You earn 40% of the session rate ($14, $16, or $18 per half-hour session depending on session tier)
RAMP orientations and unpaid appointments: $12/hr ($10 base + $2)
A trainer running 3–5 sessions per shift typically earns $15–$21/hr effective. Higher volume means higher pay.
We're a 24/7 gym at 1303 Sandhills Blvd in Aberdeen. Small team, locally owned, not a corporate machine. You'll work directly with the owner, learn the business, and have room to grow.
