Life Skills Coach 2

This role supports the delivery of person-Centered adult day services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by directly assisting them with life skills learning experiences and achieving personal goals. Responsibilities include providing emotional support, supervision, personal care, and guiding entry-Level coaches as directed.

A high school diploma is required, and candidates should possess or maintain cpr/First aid and non-Violent crisis management certifications, especially for behavioral support roles. Preferred experience is 4-6 years, with at least one year working with individuals exhibiting challenging behavior.
