Direct Support Professional - Community Facilitator

Employees will train, support, and monitor clients in community and vocational settings while actively participating in developing support circles to build community relationships. Key duties also involve creating adaptive support materials and expanding client participation in integrated employment activities.

A high school diploma or ged is required for this position. Preferred qualifications include one year of experience in social services, education, or working with the developmentally disabled population, along with three years of driving experience.
