Full-Time Mentor - Adult Day Services - M-F Days

This role supports the delivery of person-Centered adult day services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting them with planning activities and achieving life skills goals to foster independence. Essential functions include assisting with assessments, developing individual service plans (Isp), maintaining documentation, providing supervision, personal care support, and training in communication tools and assistive technology.

A high school diploma is required, though 2-4 years of related experience is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, patience, and empathy, along with the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist participants with mobility needs.
