Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves providing applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorder in center-Based or home-Based settings, focusing on teaching communication, social, and self-Help skills. Responsibilities also include collecting data to monitor progress and providing regular written and verbal updates on treatment goals.

Candidates must possess passion and a desire to make a positive impact, although no direct experience is necessary as comprehensive onboarding and training are provided. Adherence to all policies, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards, is required, along with clear communication with clients, families, and colleagues.
