Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The role involves providing applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder in center-Based or home-Based settings, teaching essential life skills, and collecting data to monitor client progress. Responsibilities also include maintaining adherence to all policies, procedures, and safety standards, as well as communicating effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.

The position seeks driven individuals passionate about working with children and making a difference, with no direct experience necessary as comprehensive onboarding and training are provided. Candidates must be available all day monday through friday between 8 am and 6 pm and must pass a background check.
