School-Based Behavior Technician

The role involves working with students diagnosed with autism in a public school setting throughout the school year and summer program, utilizing play-Based therapy based on applied behavior analysis (Aba). Responsibilities include helping children learn, grow, and build essential communication, socialization, and self-Help skills.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the us, available monday through friday during day hours, and able to pass a background check. Desired qualifications include bilingual fluency in english/Spanish or a background in psychology, education, or related behavioral health fields.
