Behavior Technician

The role involves working with students diagnosed with autism in a public school setting throughout the school year and summer program, utilizing play-Based therapy known as applied behavior analysis (Aba). Responsibilities include helping children learn, grow, and build essential communication, socialization, and self-Help skills while gaining training for a career in behavior analysis or related fields.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, eligible to work in the us, available for monday-Friday daytime hours, and able to pass a background check. Desired qualifications include a background in psychology or education, bilingual fluency (English/Spanish), and prior experience working with children in roles like tutoring or coaching.
