Job Developer/CSRI Victorville (UEC)

The job developer will independently identify and develop job opportunities for program participants by establishing relationships with employers, advocating for clients with reentry backgrounds, and organizing hiring events. Additionally, the role involves assisting clients with job readiness, providing coaching, conducting workshops, and ensuring compliance with program guidelines and reporting requirements.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, along with 2-3 years of experience in job development or workforce services, including knowledge of local labor markets. Essential qualifications include strong networking skills, the ability to market participants to employers, and an understanding of employment barriers faced by justice-Involved individuals.
