Puppy Development Coordinator

The coordinator supports leader dog puppy raising programs by enhancing the experience through community-Based initiatives and education, which includes managing relationships with raiser groups and ensuring guidelines are met. This role involves consulting, supporting, and providing training programs for puppy raisers and overseeing the development of volunteer puppy counselors.

Candidates need one to three years of experience in teaching, working with people, understanding animal behavior, and dog training, with guide dog mobility instructor experience being desired. A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to travel frequently and comfort working around dogs and in various community venues like correctional facilities.
