Assistant Teacher

The assistant teacher will support the lead teacher by implementing age-Appropriate lesson plans and actively engaging with children to foster their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Responsibilities also include preparing classroom materials, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and assisting with communication to families regarding student progress.

A high school diploma is required, though an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred. Candidates must demonstrate empathy, compassion, the ability to work productively without supervision, and basic knowledge of child development, along with the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
