Montessori Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for leading the classroom by following all licensing and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child. This role involves implementing the montessori curriculum and facilitating engaging, interactive learning experiences.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess experience in a licensed child care center or montessori school, with previous lead teacher experience preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, though a bachelor's degree and coursework in early childhood education are preferred, along with meeting state education requirements.
