Head Start Lead Teacher - Tutor Time, W Bell Rd.

The lead teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing, and instructing based on the needs of each child and program requirements, while also mentoring fellow teachers. This role involves promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children and leading classroom management and curriculum implementation.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess an associate’s degree or higher in early childhood education or a cda, along with experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans. Applicants must also meet state and center requirements, including the ability to engage in physical activity with children.
