Counselor (Interim)

The counselor collaborates with teachers to foster student social-Emotional learning skills and implements a comprehensive school counseling program addressing academic, career, and personal/Social development for all students. Key duties include connecting with families, supporting classroom sel, working with students individually or in groups on various topics, and responding to crises as needed.

Candidates must possess a master's degree in school counseling and have five years of counseling experience within a public-School setting. Required licensure includes a north carolina professional educator’s license in school counseling and a valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
