Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician implements individualized, evidence-Based behavioral intervention services for autistic children under bcba supervision, focusing on increasing skills like communication and social interaction while reducing interfering behaviors. This involves delivering 1:1 direct therapy across various settings and accurately collecting real-Time data on progress.

Candidates must hold active rbt certification and a high school diploma, with an associate or bachelor's degree preferred in a relevant field. Essential qualifications include the ability to follow detailed instructions, strong communication and patience, and the physical capacity to engage in active, play-Based therapy sessions.
