Pediatric Occupational Therapist

The occupational therapist delivers excellent family-Centered patient care focused on supporting functional goals through assessments, treatment planning in consultation with physicians, and administering therapy treatments including manual exercises and functional skills instruction. Responsibilities also include directing aides, completing discharge planning, designing home exercise programs, and maintaining accurate patient documentation according to the law.

Candidates must be licensed in the state of california and are expected to maintain a high level of direct patient care (70%), alongside mentoring and collaboration across disciplines. Experience in the pediatric setting is preferred, and the role requires physical capabilities such as standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.
