Lead Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for executing daily lesson plans and actively contributing to the creation of a safe, structured, and positive learning environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. This role also requires professional communication with parents and team members, utilizing technology to document child progress, and demonstrating empathy towards children's emotions.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma with early childhood education credits or a child development associate (Cda) credential, along with meeting all state licensing requirements. Candidates must possess strong organizational and decision-Making skills, the ability to build positive relationships, and a commitment to professional growth.
