Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The behavior technician will conduct one-On-One aba therapy for children aged 2-12, following prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans while collecting and recording data for each session. Responsibilities also include communicating client progress to parents/Caregivers under bcba guidance and assisting the bcba with material preparation.

Candidates must meet physical requirements such as lifting up to 30 pounds and maintaining various postures for extended periods, and must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail orientation, and adaptability are essential for this role.
